The tools
Total station – The traditional instrument, it allows you to measure angles and distances. It can guarantee millimetric measurements.
GNSS Technology – One of the most modern systems, capable of ensuring fast and precise data acquisition. Its use is essential for clients who need to export data to GIS systems.
Laser scanner – The most advanced survey system currently available bases data acquisition on reading light wavelengths. The instrument produces three-dimensional models of volumes, floor plans, and cross-sections.
Building surveys and cadastral surveys
Building surveys involve the external and internal measurements of existing buildings requiring renovation or restoration. Measurements can be performed with topographic instruments or laser beam meters. Cadastral surveys, on the other hand, are conducted to resolve cadastral issues, such as subdivisions, estimates, appraisals, and assessments.
