Thanks to our experience and expertise in projects of all types and sizes, we can handle every aspect of a project, from preliminary design to construction management. Below are some of our skills.
Construction Management: What We Do
The project manager’s duties and responsibilities are essentially to ensure the proper execution of a project. He or she monitors the progress of the construction site and ensures that everything is in compliance with the project and current regulations.
The duties of the works manager are multiple and can be summarized as follows:
- Filing of the municipal application and obtaining the necessary permits.
- Drafting a work schedule that includes completion times and critical issues related to possible overlaps between different work processes. This allows for a forecast of critical issues and timelines, and serves as a useful tool for monitoring progress. This is also easily understandable for the client, who will thus never lose control of the situation.
- Work begins and construction site opens.
- Coordination action of the various professional figures involved in the construction with their own specific expertise.
- Monitoring of the progress of the works as foreseen by the timetable.

- Preparation of progress reports, valid for authorizing payments and verifying the compliance of the works with the project and the expected quality standards.
- Checking that the work is carried out correctly and that attention to detail is essential, especially in wooden houses.
- Verification, control and acceptance of materials entering the construction site
- Verification, control and testing of the systems built.
- The validation and evaluation of any changes made to the project
- The drafting of acceptance and delivery reports.
- Drafting of site reports and reports.
- The issuing of certificates of correct installation and execution of the works.
- The suspensions and resumptions of work.
- The declaration of completion of the works
- Obtaining a certificate of habitability for the building.

Construction Management: Why Choose Inside Project?
Because once we gained initial design experience, we embarked on a journey that began “bottom-up,” that is, on the construction site, serving as team leader, site manager, and even as technical site manager. This allowed us to create and experience firsthand the works of some of the world’s leading designers, appreciating their added value, identifying mistakes and unforeseen issues, and resolving them to fully realize the project, capitalizing on our experience.
Our headquarters are in Vigasio, in the province of Verona, but our reach extends throughout Italy.
In work lies the greatest satisfaction: the satisfaction of applying yourself, using your abilities and expanding them, and knowing that you have accomplished something that could only have been done with your contribution. This is truly the center of life, and those who never orient themselves in this direction are more lost than they could imagine. (Kenneth Alsop – naturalist – reporter)
