Architectural design is nothing more than a process that begins with the specific needs of individuals and businesses, analyzing the limitations and potential of a given situation, a context, and, with the help of our experience, generating the ideas that will ultimately lead to the project, which will then be entrusted with the attention to detail. Ideas take shape, moving progressively from a feasibility study to construction, through a journey where the client is accompanied and supported every step of the way.
Architectural design studio: what we do
Each of our architectural designers understands the importance of analyzing each client’s needs, viewing them as unique individuals, and developing a customized project. The process involves three key macro-phases:
Architectural Design Study – After an in-depth analysis of the client’s individual needs and specific requests, an initial feasibility study will be produced. This continues the initial analysis phase, as updating based on discussion offers the opportunity to draw on new and more precise information. This helps us understand the client’s real expectations and critical issues with respect to structural, economic, and urban planning constraints.
The styles and materials employed become an expression of the client’s personality and a distinctive feature of the architectural project.
Detailing – The project is thoroughly examined from every angle, and the more detailed the project, the higher the quality offered to the client, which is the true added value of a project. The ease of use and accessibility will also allow the client to fully enjoy the project. Detailed study also allows for maximizing the building’s energy performance, achieving Class A or higher energy certifications, thereby recovering future heating and cooling costs.
Choice of final design and execution – The client will have several design alternatives available, all within the feasibility criteria. The goal is to reach a final choice that fully satisfies the architectural requirements, the client’s needs, and budget constraints. The client will consider various starting points, so as not to exclude potentially valid alternatives, but the progressive analysis will gradually lead the client to make reasoned choices, supported by our consultancy, aimed at achieving the highest expectations.
Since 2005, Inside Project has completed numerous residential projects, from private home renovations to interior design projects. It has also worked in completely different fields, such as the restyling of car dealerships and corporate spaces.
Two very different fields, yet with a common root: a focus on the conceptual objective we wish to express, for two seemingly very different functions.
With our experience in using technology, we are able to operate throughout Italy: we have participated in internationally renowned projects through consulting for some of the most important Italian construction companies (Italiana Costruzioni, Stahlbau Pichler, CMB -UnieCo).
